Death is one of the theme is Romeo and Juliet. In the third scene of the third act of the play, Tybalt, Juliet's cousin, starts a fight with Mercutio, one of the royals, and kills him in the fray. This provoked Romeo into killing Tybalt in cold blood. These deaths are but two from the play, yet they influence everything that happens afterward.
